In the early 80's KRAMSKI developed a system to keep your slugs down in a stamping die. This technology was patented and a few exclusive licensee in certain countries were allowed. After the patent expired, KRAMSKI now can sell those products worldwide for your benefits in your stamping department.
The slug is held by an integrated device within the bushing and safely driven to the scrap bin.
The bushings are available in special dimensions with different diameters and lengths.
We just need to know a few facts from you:
* Punch diameter
* Bushing diameter
* Raw material specification (thickness/hardness/tensile strength)
If we cannot locate the necessary information in our database for e.g. exotic materials , we might ask you to send a sample of the material to do some testing to be sure that the slug retention device is working flawlessly.
